1. Payment to Secure Your Registration

Payment must be completed in order to reserve your place for the selected examination session.
Your registration will be confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received and processed by our center.

2. Confirmation Email

After payment is received, an official confirmation email will be sent to you including the schedule, instructions, and exam day details.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation at least 7 days before the exam: a 40 CAD administrative fee per test will be deducted.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the exam: no refund will be issued.

4. Identification Requirements

Candidates must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID on the day of the exam.

5. Examination Rules

• No mobile phones during the exam
• No communication with other candidates
• No unauthorized materials

6. Late Arrival Policy

Candidates arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be allowed to take the exam and no refund will be issued.
